Classes

We want you to come and relax, learn, be outside and enjoy all the health and well being benefits that come with getting involved on the farm.

Our unique and diverse courses and classes are designed to enhance your physical and mental well being, your understanding of growing ethical food, and ways to live more sustainably and in harmony with nature around us. Set on our beautiful off-grid, no meat smallholding in the heart of the Tud Valley, you can take part in a unique one day smallholders course, or classes in how to sharpen and maintain your own garden tools, or how to fix and maintain your own lawn mower. You could come along to one of our FREE community growing days that we run once a month from April or book onto one of our holistic classes set in nature, or book onto one of our holistic nature therapy classes. And more will be coming soon!

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL CLASSES. PLACES ARE LIMITED.

Tool maintenance classes

Look After Your Lawnmower

Saturday 17 August 2019

10am - 1pm

£10 per person (booking essential)

Tea and coffee provided

Suitable for 16 years+

Come and spend the morning with our experienced farm hand and learn how to maintain and fix the fixable problems yourself!

As part of our ethos to reuse and mend where possible we have introduced new classes to help you look after your important tools so they last longer. It's great fun and really satisfying to be able to sharpen your own blades and fix simple problems that otherwise can lead to expensive repairs or new bits of kit that could have lasted for years to come.

This class is open to anyone 16 years old and over, and we particularly encourage women to take part as part our belief in the need for cultural change to recognise more women who work the land, pull up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Places are limited and tend to get booked up quickly so getting booking here!
